Orders & Production
Are your products made to order?
Yes. All items are printed on demand specifically for your order. This helps reduce waste and ensures each product is freshly made.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check your size, item, and shipping details before checkout.
Sizing & Fit
How do your items fit?
Our products fit true to size unless stated otherwise. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering, as we’re unable to accept returns for incorrect sizing.
Print Quality & Care
How are your products printed?
We use premium direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, delivering soft, breathable, and durable prints.
Will the print fade or crack?
Our designs are made to remain vibrant and intact wash after wash when cared for properly.
How should I care for my item?
To ensure longevity:

Wash at 30°C, inside out

Do not tumble dry

Do not iron directly over the print
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order’s total weight and destination.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. All orders are fully tracked, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we offer both UK and international shipping. Orders over 699g are shipped via courier for faster and more secure delivery.
Are there customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or defective.
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect item or size selection

Minor colour variations due to screen differences
What condition must returned items be in?
Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags attached and free from smells.
Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return postage. If your return is approved, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
Product Appearance
Will colours look exactly the same as on screen?
Due to screen settings and lighting, colours may vary slightly from what you see online.
